Psychometrics to support my work
Most large companies have already invested in some psychometric profiling of teams. I am familiar with pretty much all the tools on the market so can take and work with inputs if you have them. Alternatively, if you want to update or use profiling for the first time I am accredited in two tools as follows:
Strengthscope® is an innovative strengths profiling system that measures work related strengths. Using Positive Psychology it is underpinned by 10 years of testing and research, Strengthscope® helps energise peak performance by releasing the power of employees’ strengths. I offer two report options:
- Strengthscope360: scoring against 24 work-based strengths, performance risk areas and how these relate to performance. This includes feedback from up to 20 colleagues.
- StrengthscopeLeader – scoring against 24 work-based strengths, performance risks and effective leadership behaviours, ‘follower confidence index’. This again includes feedback from up to 20 colleagues.
ICS Connect – this tool helps people identify their communication styles to then improve the quality of their business relationships. Everyone has a preference in how they see the world around them and a preference in how they interact in that world. When we meet someone who sees the world the same way we do, there is no challenge in developing a strong relationship that leads to success. When meeting a person who sees the world and interacts with it differently, it can be a challenge to build a quality relationship.
